How do I upgrade my storage plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Cloudara Console. Go to Settings > Billing, and select the plan that best fits your needs. Changes take effect immediately.

What happens if I exceed my storage limit?

If you exceed your storage limit, you won't be able to upload new files until you free up space or upgrade your plan. Your existing files remain safe and accessible.

Is my data secure and encrypted?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We also support two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account.

Do you offer refunds for paid plans?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, simply contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase.
